Communication via text message (SMS) and email.

Reporting, statistics and sales information.

Flexible user management and access control.

MOT and service bookings management.

What we did

We designed and produced a car dealership system in conjunction with Auto Capital.

The system looks up and retrieves DVLA vehicle data to save manual input of stock details.

In addition, our solution produces and stores invoices, exchange valuations, letters and other documents in PDF format.

Generates PDF reports of sales statistics and stock records.

Automatically creates reminders for customers due an MOT or service.

Results

A user-friendly and intuitive system that can be run on or offline.

Linked to 3rd party online services to retrieve vehicle data and send out SMS messages to mobiles.

Manages all aspects of stock and sales for car dealerships.

Template-based design for core documents produced, allowing easy modifications of print layouts.

Modular and extendable system for adding new features in future.
